In this seasonal full-time position, you will actively prospect and research new ticket sales leads, and make 80-100 phone calls per day to sell Reds ticket plans. This is an entry-level position. Excellent communication skills are required, as is the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Identify, contact and sell prospective clients, generate sales proposals, service existing accounts, ensuring quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery. Proven track record of Sales success; knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques; persuade and influence others; strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community; utilize advertising and/or sales promotion techniques; create, compose, and edit written materials; gather data, compile information, and prepare reports and sales presentations; knowledge of customer service standards and procedures; analyze and solve problems. Plan, organize and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events; identify and/or follow up sales leads and referrals. A general understanding of the basic principles of selling is mandatory.
The Applications Systems Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing and implementing web based and/or packaged applications to support the operation of the Internet, Intranet and Extranet applications using the latest Microsoft tools and technologies. The Applications Systems Developer reviews, analyzes and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installation to support the applications systems of the organization. May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. This role relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

This individual will be responsible for the safety and security of the Ballpark facility and nearby grounds from 7pm-7am.
