A few days ago I was discussing with a team an upgrade of a system, from a DNN based site to a Sharepoint based site. Since the team was not aware of Microsoft CRM, I had to quickly(less than 5 mins) summarize and give an impromptu introduction to Microsoft CRM. I used a technique called Concept Visuals(taught by my friend Sanjay Vyas) and found that they understood it very easily and hence thought I would post it here as well.
