The Aero theme is not available in all the Vista editions. The Vista Home Basic Edition does not have Aero theme, and if you wanted it you had to buy one of the more advanced editions. How can I disable the User Account Control (UAC) on my Windows Vista computer? there are many Methods, here the more simple: Using MSCONFIG a) launch msconfig from the run menu (click on start/and write in start search: msconfig, enter) b) Click on the Tools tab /Scroll down till you find "Disable UAC" and Click on it. c) press the launch button and a CMD window (black color) will open .
