My clients for MS EPM keep asking for a real and challengeable features. They are mature enough in the scenes of Project Management concepts up to the level for asking to implement there customized methodologies (PMI or Prince2). off course scene we are talking about MS EPM 2007 then it is required to all levels of customization using the existing features or even developing and extending new features . Back to PMI or Prince2 methodologies, in both there are some workflows that connect between different phases. In workflows, the data is simply gathered during the workflows steps and pushed accordingly while maintaining the different states that the processes should pass. Predefined criteria shall be considered in order to control moving projects among the customized Projects Life Cycle.
