How much do we know about the food we buy at our local supermarkets and serve to our families? Though our food appears the same—a tomato still looks like a tomato—it has been radically transformed. In Food, Inc., producer-director Robert Kenner and investigative authors Eric Schlosser (Fast Food Nation) and Michael Pollan (The Omnivore’s Dilemma) lift the veil on the U.S. food industry – an industry that has often put profit ahead of consumer health, the livelihoods of American farmers, the safety of workers and our own environment. 上班路上经常碰到的一部车，很温馨，这家人一定很幸福吧。 (Left) Not sure if it is the right season for blueberry here in SZN, but I still managed to make a dessert I had at Emily’s wedding dinner. Simple ingredient: blueberry, apple served with milk, fresh cream and sugar, even better with some strawberry or Lichee. =) (Right) Again, home produced Lichee by Mum. Guess these are the best two she picked for me. Well done!! (Left) Spotted in O’le, the Weedgrass Juice the BSB wanted, which indeed frustrated candidates in The Celebrity Apprentice so badly. 最近几次去 STARBUCKS 都看到有人画 圣诞节 的杯子。自己是喜欢画画的人，却每每都嫌麻烦，也就算了。前天晚上原本打算去那儿看书，静不下心来，看着门口篮子里的杯子和画笔，仿佛向我招手，突然兴致就来了。书没看成，杯子画了一个，服务生说很漂亮，得免费 黑樱桃莫卡 一杯，哈哈！！！！ 美中不足的是颜料没水了，自己感觉是一件 未完成 的杯子。也罢，如果事事追求完美，哪有能完成的作品，反而未完成更让人有所期盼。 19 Dec 去看孩子满月后的SC。出发前同事让做 Greeting Card ，挺好玩的！从网上找了图片，做成了 立体 的卡片，CMB LOCAL TEAM 出品！
