首先是technical问题。家里的台式机还是网络很奇怪的和Windows Live Spaces有仇，无论用哪个浏览器 (IE or Firefox)访问space十有八九都是打不开的，因此我只有在实验室的时候偶尔看看大家的blog和更新一下自己的。久而久之，也就戒了那个瘾了。 然后是觉得自己的生活真的没有什么好说的。Even I don't really care, why should others? 在身边的或不在身边的同学朋友acquaintance（mostly I mean 同龄人），订婚的订婚，结婚的结婚，生小孩的生小孩，发paper的发paper，毕业的毕业，过CFA的过CFA，买车的买车，买房的买房。然而这几个月最令我兴奋的事无非就是买了一对超级便宜的鞋，还有终于盼到BONES season opener的promo. 说出来自己都觉得汗颜。 再次就是今天终于弄懂了“人肉搜索”是什么意思，被alert了一下下 —— 你们也知道我的blog没什么深刻的话题，多半都是“自曝”生活中一些鸡毛蒜皮的事情、发泄一下情绪。我也不希望未来某个时候，我n年前在blog说的事情被unintended readers看到（骨子里我还是一个比较private的人啊，呵呵）。这样的话，还是不发表在网上最安全。嗯，大概是时候回归"dear diary"了。 Anyway，这一次的hiatus，可能会比较长。还是那句，有兴趣知道我最新无聊想法的请自行向往Twitter！ Also, don't worry, 我会继续在你们的blog留言 ;)

大概是老天可憐我最近生活實在是平淡無聊，就給我來點意外。 從這星期二開始，毫無預兆的，我的半獨居生活結束了。雖然不是出于我所愿，但我應該embrace這個變化。 然后又很巧合的認識了一個和我同中學、同大學、而且还要同行的師兄。今天匆匆去拜訪他一家，人人都很和氣，而且他的一對三個多月大的雙胞胎女兒更是粉雕玉鐲的，煞是可爱。 另外這兩天關于我喜歡的電視劇的各類信息一下子像潮水般涌來，Fall TV season很快就要來到啦，很是期待！ 心情就這樣一下子開朗起來。

转眼8月了。除了期盼新的一季电视剧的到来，没什么好说的。 按学校的暑期来算夏天吧，目前最远的只去过一趟Cambridge（还要不是英国那个）。来了美国四年第一次这么宅的夏天。 The most shameless way to put this: because I'm already at the best place in the whole wide world. But we all know that's a lie ;)
