星期六站上了體重計，數字跳過了７，來到了８。８４公斤，真是恐怖，不過一年的時間，胖了１０公斤！亞力山大倒閉，讓我人財兩失。好習慣維持不易，壞習慣養成簡單，一天三餐外加週末大餐，一年十斤外加中廣身材！ 上星期五，即將離職的主管說了一番話，大意是：這次的金融海嘯剛好給大家一個檢視自我的機會，環境的變化，就猶如一隻青蛙在水壺中，外面的火慢慢的把水的溫度提高，青蛙因溫度漸漸上升而被煮熟。人的進步與退步也是一樣，等到你看到結果時，做什麼補救似乎都已經太晚了！我如果在不設法解救自己的腰圍，慢慢的就在也瘦不回來了，而且會一直一直一直胖下去！ 該是裁圓的時候了！看到酪梨壽司的減肥日記，我也想來效法一下，把過程紀錄一下 ２００８／１２／１５ 體重：85.4 早餐：火腿起司麵包＋低脂鮮奶＋咖啡兩罐（咖啡需减量） 午餐：水餃１２個＋魚丸湯（ＯＫ）＋咖啡一杯（咖啡需减量） 晚餐：米粉湯＋油豆腐２塊＋豬肉４兩（太超過） 運動：跑步２０分鐘 ２００８／１２／１６ 體重：84.4 早餐：紅豆吐司兩片＋咖啡一罐 午餐：紅豆吐司三片＋咖啡一罐 晚餐：麵線一碗＋米糕一個

每天上班的第一件事就是看看email是不是又有收件者不是你，但是你必須關心注意的事！ 今天到了公司，看到了一封email，在我不在公司的昨天躺了一天，然後又多了一封，內容大致相同，只是收件者變成了我！每天我都必須去處理大約一兩封這樣的郵件，原本該負責的人變了縮頭烏龜，需要有在龜殼上敲幾下，頭才會心不甘情不願的再伸出來！面對這樣的文化，你有兩種選擇，一個是繼續當個會挺身而出，累個半死的人！或者乾脆當作失去五感的人，不聞不問，等你的老闆問你時再告訴他實情！這麼一來你也成了縮頭烏龜！責任感病毒成了不負責任的人的溫床。最後自己也被感染了！漸漸地，劣幣驅逐良幣！

今天參加了公司舉辦的訓練課程-品牌達人，這個課程最主要除了了解品牌對公司的重要性之外，讓一般忙於工作的員工了解自身所處的產業生態外，也了解一下公司目前的策略與發展方向！ 課程中放了幾個有關保險的廣告，有些說明意外在人生裡，常常像莫非定律般出現，有些則是探討親情所展現出的偉大，借由買保險這件事來呈現父母之愛，夫妻之愛！不知是年紀大了，還是作ＩＴ做了太久眼睛被搞壞了！大概三四年前吧，隱約記得在看一部電影－"活著"，被劇情裡的悲給催眠了，看的期間，哭了四五次！自此之後，只要稍微令人動容，感動的畫面，就一陣鼻酸，必須用力忍住，才能不讓在眼框打轉的眼淚留出來！今天上課接二連三的播了好幾個悲哀，感動，堅持的廣告讓我差點破功！還好，有些影片是講泰文的，把頭低下，就能快快脫離情境！ 自己年紀已漸漸大了，父親離開了，母親老了，以前無法體會的心情現在能體會了，鼻酸的時刻也漸漸多了！父親五十一歲離開了，三十五歲的我該好好珍惜時間！
