My husband caught a cold last Sunday. He had a fever and headache whole day long. He couldn't make anything much, just stayed in bed and slept. He didn't want to eat or make anything else. Few days later, he got better and got back to normal stage. Then, I was in the same situation as his. But I had high fever!! I took medicine and it could help me get better only few hours , then I would get fever again. I would wake up only to prepare food to my family really. I got better on the third day..... While I'm getting better, my Phatty 's begun to be sick. When adult is sick, we know how to react and face it. But if kid's sick, that's problem. Phatty caught a cold last Thursday (26/11/09). The first few days, she has symptoms exactly same mine. She drank a lot of water but eat almost nothing. She's getting better on the third day and everything seems to go well. Time in Europe's just changed last week. The weather has changed to be colder and colder. The surrounding's changed to be more clam and quiet. Daytime is shorter and night time comes faster in the autumn and winter. Everything around us changes, but our small family still moves on ....... Happy Birthday to Papa one more round. It's like every year that we would celebrate birthday event within our family. This time was more special, and Phatty is bigger girl so I asked if Phatty wanted to make something special for her Papa . Once I asked this to Phatty. Guess what?! She said birthday gifts were for kids , not a big one so why she needed to give a present to Papa.. So, I told her that she got birthday presents every year from her parents, her grandparents and from others. I told her to ask herself how happy she was on that day. Winter has just begun, not so long after this it will be so clam and so quiet. There is no kid in outdoor playground ; no laugh, no cry and no fun. One more round, we have to welcome windy and cold weather. So it's time to say good bye to summer yet? Boring winter will make me lazy to take Phatty out. If sunlight is not so strong, I hardly make a move. I hate to walk on snow on the road, hate to get wet and hate to wear overcoat. hurrrr.. Sorry to have a lot of complaints, but that's real feeling. Kids like to play out on snow things only 1-2 hours long then they get bored and need to warm them up, but they can enjoy whole afternoon in summer without problem... I guess you have answers for this. Bye Bye Summer, we will have to wait one year more to see you once again... Sad but true.... This might be the last video outdoor for this summer. ..... I ever wrote Part1 : Ready to go School? . That was when I thought that Phatty had to go school when she was 4 yrs old. However, Switzerland has rules applied for each city differently. Kids begin to go school at 4 yrs old in some provinces. But some province as ours, kid begins at 5 yrs old. Anyway, we've decided to send Phatty in nursery school before her time to go real school next year. We've expected that she could adapt herself to school's environment well, before her real time comes. <Photos were taken when Phatty was in Kindergarten in Thailand> Actually I ever took Phatty to join Kindergarten in Chiang Rai Thailand while we were on holiday in May 2009. However, the trip was short and my Thai family wanted to spend time with my kid rather than sending her to school. So She went to nursery school in Thailand only 4 days. :) But she seemed to like it cause she could play with other kids and she could get some snack from the sellers after school. ...112 days ago
Today (12th August) is Mother day in Thailand. Phatty didn't know how important it was yet. I told her, she just said , Oh ah, err.. It meant that she was not interested much. Today she saw me playing with my camera as usual. She asked me if she could try to make photos by herself. I said why not, and I said that she should begin with mobile phone first... Hahahah... I love her surelly, but I know her well too. She thought camera was just new toy! But I can't buy camera everyday , if she breaks it. Mobile phone is small and easy to use. If she breaks it, that's no problem cause I got this phone free of charge.. I taught her for a while. Then she began to have fun.. She ran around home, took photos of her toys. And she wanted to be her model, cause I always asked her to be model too.. She took a lot of photos ; some was bad, some was Ok, roughly percentage is about 50/50 .
