I'm sorry to say this, but I have made the official transfer of my blog to sadamson.wordpress.com. I know, I know, right when I started building a fan base, but this new site so friggin sweet I just can't deny it. But thanks to msn for hosting my blog until now, you have done well. There are many great features, but just no adaptability/personalizability. I'm sorry. So I hope to see you soon at my new domain! SA

I think it's safe to say I'm feeling quite a bit better today. I slept a whopping 11 hours last night! Not like I haven't been getting enough either with pretty much 10 hours every night. I didn't ride today either though. But I am 99% sure I'm giong to race on Wednesday. I've also spent a lot of time on Kyle's computer today--I've been working on a new wickedawesomesweet blog/website. After I saw Greg's new website, I knew there was way better out there. There are so many amazing features on msn spaces, but it is so unadaptable, so I'm going to try this one out. I'll probably keep posting on here until I know that I can completely perfect my other blog. That's pretty much all I have to say for today. Oh, and I thought I might add that if I wasn't here, I would be starting school today... haha, suckers! Hope you're all doing good. I miss you lots! SA 19 DAYS TIL WORLDS!!!

Sorry to disappoint you guys, but I won't be racing tomorrow. I've fallen sick and haven't done anything at all today. I feel like poo. I was kind of feeling it since Friday, but it wasn't anything to worry about, but then Kyle didn't feel good yesterday and Tara started feeling it today. It really sucks! But I guess at least it's not Worlds this weekend or anything... Hope I feel better soon and can race on Wednesday! I'd also like to add that it was all the European Nationals' today and champions include: Belgium - Bart Wellens Beglium U23 - Neils Albert Swiss - Christian Heule Dutch - Lars Boom Crazy eh! The Belgian course was friggin nuts and half of it wasn't even rideable. SA

I had a pretty good ride today in the rain. Well I guess it was more like drizzle, but it was hard enough that I wanted to put my rain cape on. I also had first real hard intervals since I've been here, which was nice. I was supposed to do more tomorrow, but I think I'm going to take it easy because I got into the Otegem race on Monday. And I've also been confirmed for Scheldecross on Wednesday. Sweet! Now I feel better, lots of racing coming up and then some good taper time. I think this should work out perfect. Now I just have to figure out my road season from here. I'm hoping I can pull it off and turn it into a wicked road season like Hopping did last year! I'm sure it will work out. Have a good one. SA

There hasn't been a lot going on here lately. It's been kind of relaxing. The typical day right now involves getting (usually around 8:30 for me), eating breakfast, sitting around for a bit and checking the emails we got overnight, then slowly making our way into some riding clothes, doing our workout, coming home and eating lunch. Sometimes we'll stop by the bakery. Then the rest of the day is doing whatever, maybe working on bikes, watching tv, sitting on the computer, whatever... until dinner. Then we'll relax a little more, and we've been watching movies, then it's bedtime. Ahhh, this is the life! Anyhoo, just wanted to let you know what we've been up to recently. Not a lot. And thanks again to everyone who has donated to our cause through cyclocrossontario. It really helps and is really motivating! SA 22 DAYS TIL WORLDS!!!!
