hi all! Glad to see everyone is doing well. I have been really busy lately working, trying to buy a home, etc. I have been up and down on my weight alot lately so it pretty much tells me that it's water weight and not real fat losss. As I am typing this I am drinking a pepsi, maybe that's the reason right there. I need motivation to get back up and going. Does anyone have any words of advice?

OUr puy is driving me up the wall!!!! HE's a yellow lab, cute, and into everything. He has chewed my new shoes that I haven't wore yet and won't get to, chwed my ficus tree up, messed my house up,the list goes on and on. Wehn does this stage end????? We are looking for our first home to buy. We are excited, stressed and drained at the same time. I want to join the run kings island race in august, I haven't trained for it yet, and continue to eat anything and everything. How's everyone out there?

Yeah...I know the answer to that, just wanted to grab your attention. Hi all. It has been almost a month since my last post. I have been losting weight a little at a time. I am back to 194, I had gained all the way back to 202. I need to get my motivation back up to where it needs to be. Yes, I am wearing my workout clothes, they're just so comfortable. How's everyone doing??? Summer's really hard to stay committed to staying honest with your food choices with all the cookouts going on. We just have to get back on the wagon after we fall off, this is really hard for me because I eat oorly and then think,"well, it's no use. This soda isn't going to make me gain weight, I'll try again tommmorow." Thaht has been my mantra many times before and tommorow never comes. I can't wait for the new season of Loser to come on.Well, I have to run, thousands of things to do and little time to do them in. Until next time, what have you done today to make you feel proud?

I entered a blog last week, but maybe it didn't save because it's not here. Anyway, I haven't postedin a while, just been really busy lately with work and kids. I intend to do the run kings island 5 k in august. I have been up and down with my weight, and back to losing again. It's coming off about 1-2 pounds a week. I haven't updated my site in a while, and I neeed to get some stuff off here. I hope everyone is still going strong. What have you done today to make you feel proud?

It has been awhile since I have last blogged. We had a good Memorial weekend. I have lapsed in my weight-loss journey. I have become complacent in my journey. I want to lose the weight but don't seem to want to do the work. I know, I know, if I really want it, I'll do the work. That's easier said than done because alot has happend since the last time I blogged. I started back to work nights at K.I. and they are training me for a new job. We need to move in august and we don't know if we'll be able to own a house this year, to rent a 3 bedroom where we want, it will be way abouve our means, we don't want to stay where we are at, blah, blah, blah. I am doing the run Kings Island in august. I haven't exercised in a month, and I had to go to the doctor because of my back. The doctor said my back muscles were weak and I needed to bould them back up. I need to stop the excuse train and get back to eating right and exercising. Has anyone else found themseles slipping back into the rut ...
