I went to the biggest loser casting call. That was so fun. Bobby from season 3 was there and Cowboy from last season was there. They were all so nice and looked great. We didn't get a callback but we are going to send in a tape anyway. I am still working out and eating right. I feel really good. I did eat a little bad this weekend, and my stomach told me not to do it again haha. I  hope everyone is doing well!!!! Lose those LBS!!!!

My friend and I are going to the casting call in Nashville this weekend. Wish us luck. I am doing really well with my food plan and working out. Last night I walked for a mile then swam for 40 minutes. I am not a good swimmer, but I kept moving in the water and I could feel that something was being done. I have also started counting my calories along with my WW points. I didn't realize how much I was eating. I am surprised I am not heavier than I am. Well I hope everyone is doing well. :)

I told myself this weekend that I was going to make sure I exercised everyday this week for at least 30 minutes, because I had been slacking off. I also said I was going to write down everything I ate and keep good track of it. And I did. I went to weight watchers today and I lost 4.2 pounds! I was so excited. I was below 250 for the first time in a long time. I need to get on here more and give you guys some encouraging words like you all are doing for me. Hope everyone is getting healthy!!!

Well I did awesome today. I made a lowfat buffalo chicken dip and had it with baked tostitos. That was my healthy-ish superbowl snack. It was a lot better than what I had last year. I also went to the grocery the other day and I bought some jicama. I have heard very good things about it at weight watchers. Have any of you tried it? I found some recipes online, I think I might try one this week. I finally went back to the gym yesterday after a few days off. That was bad. But I walked a mile around the track and rode 7 miles on the bike, and did a little bit of weights concentrating on abs and arms. I think I am starting to feel some abs forming. I was convinced that they had all converted to fat. Hope everyone is doing well. We have been at it a month, I can't wait to see how you are all progressing.

Well, almost a month and I am getting tired. I have gotten back on the weight watchers wagon. Hopefully I won't fall off again, it keeps getting harder to get back on. I lost 2.2 last week. I was pretty proud of that. I have lost 9 pounds so far, my goal for this month was 10 pounds. So I guess I find out on Thursday when I weigh in to see if I met my goal. Also if anyone was wondering why our background is Italy, not it is not our love of Italian food and men haha. Jodie and I are going to Italy March 29th. So we would like to slim down a little and maybe catch the eye of one of the beautiful Italian men, as long as they aren't too hairy haha. Thanks to those of you who wrote about me not bloggin, it completely slipped my mind. Luckily Jodie got on here and did one on Sunday. I hope that means the beginning of the week. I hope everyone is doing well, keep up the good work and keep motivated. I am going to finish watching the biggest loser.
