The ancient native art of our North American European ancestors takes the form of complex knotwork designs. zoomorphics and though as not as well documented as the art of the Native Indians of North America it is nonetheless our aboriginal heritage and is of historic value and interest to all North Americans of European descent. The art is the most technically complex of all forms of fine art, it encompasses colour, design and many of the mediums used in modern fine arts, it has endearing features that challenge our artistitic depth, the complexity of continuosity in design was a challenge accepted by many of our recognized Masters of the art history. The present Celtic art community is primarily of Irish and Scotish descent though the art is being practiced extensively in North America and in many other International locations with a Celtic heritage. As an artist I have worked in a great number of different mediums and forms of art, but the art of the pictish caught my imagination ...

Alliterative prose is a form of literature where the same word, syllable, or word sound was used consecutively, in my composition titled "Sisters" which I wrote in Florida around 1989, I have never researched the form of literature in which Sisters may be described, until today and discovered the term Alliteration. I was writing a series of mathematical, social, geographic, mythologic limiricks when the idea of writing a new and entertaining tongue twister, it was a challenge and the result was "Sisters". It is a 500 word composition in which all the words begin with the same letter, as I have not been able to identify the composition I have decided to develop a new form of verse called "Pausic verse", its a beginning and maybe you can come up with a more elequant form of verse title, if so please let me know.

The fifth anniversary of the tragedy that befell us all, is upon us, a time in history that none of us will ever forget, at that time a South African artist living in Maple Ridge BC, Canada, Kathleen Tonnesen, painted a memorial to the souls of the departed, the memorial "Release of the Souls" featured on the web site www.World-Memorial.org that will be ordained at ground zero, on 9/11/2006. My contribution as an artist and friend of Kathleens, was to design and manufacture the "Wings of Peace". The wings of peace are the Stars and stripes on childrens fairy wings, and are featured on the world memorial site and are given the title of a education centre for the children orphaned by 9/11, and the children of the world to educate them the values of leadership, compassion, character, integrity and strength in the face of adversity. The story of the wings of peace evolves from the "Midnite Fairy childrens Store in Maple Ridge BC, (www.midnitefairy,ca) ...

While attending a workshop for personal development called "Pursuit of Excellence", one of the commitments of this program is to volunteer time in the community. I washed dishes at a local Seniors center and also spent time with the Alzheimers Society of Canada, carrying out data entry of lists of Care Homes and facilities. My Mother died of Alzheimers Dementia, its a disease that affects one in four families in Canada, and it has a horrific affect on those families, hence my interest, and I decided to write a program to include healing art, for the well being of Alzheimers patients, to improve the quality of their life. My program is titled the "The common sense approach to a healthy mind". It consists of a routine that care givers would excercise with their patients to stimulate their memory through the senses, and improve their mind and thereby their health. We learn from Norman Cousins book "Anatomy of an illness" that laughter is good for the heart, ...
