Wan Fang Data is certainly good, but outside university it canbe totally useless. this database has a large amount of free resources covering every industry, category, periodical, scholar report..so if you are always dynamic at midnight or if you are a lazy man like me, this website must be your liking. another thing is, thanks so much to goole for creating such a great tool --- Google Scholar. thats just it bringing me VIP INFORMATION. terrific slogan of stand on the shoulders of giant^^ although its still in test and resulting to relatively less chinese inf, i believe it will be the most powerful instrument to compete in search engine industry one day. i am also supporting my favourite all the time. burning!!! to the final phase...1379 days ago
the following one is ready for macau government tourist office and consumer council.. anyway, its interesting~ 尊敬的先生 / 女士： 我于 2006 年 1 月 2 日 在 中国海峡旅行社（澳门）有限公司 购买了厦门航空澳门往返福州的机票，其为 2006 年 1 月 24 日 澳门往福州， 2006 年 2 月 7 日 福州往澳门。可 1 月 24 日 在澳门机场换取登机牌处却出现了问题。机场工作人员表示我所持有的只是一张 空机票 ，旅客名单中没有我的名字。当时没有携带购票收据，对旅行社名称也无从记忆，因此无法即时联系该旅行社。由于正值春运前最后一天，经济舱位早已满座（机场工作人员如此说明），情急之下我只能 增补 HK$700 以商务舱第二候补的身份登机。当时我已经考虑到返回澳门向旅行社索赔的困难，于是要求机场开具机票订座失误的证明，可机场工作人员表示从没出现过此类情况不好贸然开具证明，并建议先前增补 HK$700 的旅费证（ MCO ）就可以作为证明收回索赔。 2006 年 2 月 8 日 我带着 MCO ，购票收据和机票向海峡旅行社索赔，遭到拒绝。其理由是，原先为我出票的职员已经离职，而且网络中查询不到订座变更记录， MCO 的存在也可能是因为我自愿升舱。并表示没有充足的证据老板不会同意补偿。次日，我奔赴机场寻求更有力的证据。在机场工作人员帮助下，调出了机票订座变更记录，并为我开出 书面证明“澳门往福州因没有订座所以经济位已满升商务位成行” 。 2 月 10 日 ，我带着新增的证明再次来到海峡旅行社，得到的答案是“我们先报告老板，再通知你”。 10 天后，我再也无法忍受海峡旅行社的置之不理，第三次前往旅行社索赔。经理答复如下： ...
