-+Wait for God
Waiting is not an easy thing, and our fast food culture doesn't make it easy. How's waiting good for us? Dr. Charles Stanley told us his story when his mother taught him to plant a little garden. They planted the seeds, watered, then waited. But after two days, Dr. Stanley saw there was nothing changed then he went to the garden and dug it out. Then he got the first lesson of waiting from his mother. Becasue you plant seeds, you have to give it time to grow. And the truth is it is one of the most important biblical principles in the entire world of God.         The mistake idea that lots of people have is waiting means doing nothing. That's not ture at all. Waiting basically means I remain my position until I get the further instruction, it means I'm willing to wait until He gives me the direction. It is a purpose of waiting.         The reason God wants us to wait is sometimes, God needs time to get our circumstances lined up so that what He and I agreed on ...
-+Peace from God

If you want to experience the peace from God, you have to have a very strong relationship with Him. This relationship comes from the time you spend with God, reading His words, speaking and listening to Him, all these help you to build that relationship with Him. For everyday, we are busy with work, we meet lots of people, we hear different voices, we have to handle different situations, but if we can spend sometime in the moring with God, read whatever He leads us to read, pray on our knees in a quiet place just like what Jesus did, then He will give us directions, focuses, strength and peace. If you want the peace for all day long, you should begin with the peacemaker.        Does that mean we won't have any problem then? Certainly not. It means either with or without problems, in the middle or avoiding them, there is an awesome peace from God that makes us possible to have a joyful heart in any circumstance.        Then how do we maintain a sense of peace and ...

Principle #3 God’s Word is an immovable anchor in times of storm. Principle #4 The awareness of God’s presence energizes us for our work. Principle #5 God does not require us to understand His will, just obey it, even if it seems unreasonable.  Principle #6 You reap what you sow, more than you sow, and later than you sow. Principle #7 The dark moments of our life will last only so long as is necessary for God to accomplish His purpose in us.  Principle #8 Fight all your battles on your knees and you win every time.  Principle #9 Trusting God means looking beyond what we can see to what God sees.  Principle #10 If necessary, God will move heaven ...
-+Cast All the Cares on God
1020 days ago
The psalmist wrote, "Be still, and know that I am God" (46:10). Paul exhorted the Philippians to "be anxious for nothing" (Phil. 4:6). And Peter instructed his readers to cast all their cares on God (1 Peter 5:7). How can someone stop worrying and be "still"? Only through prayer and trust in the loving God (Phil. 4:6-7). Those who cast their cares on Him can set aside the noise and confusion, ambitions and strivings, and enter into the peace of God (v.7). This doesn’t mean that those who are "still" before the Lord will escape life’s dangers and dilemmas, but it does mean they will have the ability to live with tranquility in the midst of them. Though trouble may remain, the confusion, apprehension, and despair begin to fade away. Such people show poise under pressure; they’re unshaken by life’s alarms; they radiate peace wherever they go. If you’ve never acquainted yourself with the depths of God’s love and His call for you ...
