It's been a while since we've updated the page. Tammy had to have foot surgery on the 19th and will be off her feet for several, and I mean several, weeks! I'm keepin on keepin on though. Today marked a momentous occasion for me -- I have now lost 50 POUNDS since joining the Biggest Loser Club last November. That's 50 pounds in just under 4 months. I couldn't be more excited, and with only five pounds to go I'm looking forward to warm weather -- tank tops, shorts, and even bathing suits!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE --Lauren

Hello everyone! It's me, Tammy back with an update! Since I last blogged, my weight has kinda been at a standstill. I had gained a couple of pounds and then lost a few. So I'm back to square one...nothing gained and nothing lost since my last entry. Hopefully my next weigh in will be a loss! I'm keeping my fingers crossed
