Lucky me , bought a 2004 Chevy venture minivan in very low price, just 2500. but it has high 160000 miles. in 5 years this high mileage, it must run a lot on highway, so it makes me feel better. no kidding it is cheap, hope it can be stable for some years:)

We are having a boy this time! Haaa, We were just out of hopital last Friday. My wife and son are doing very well. The expected date for birth is May 06, 2009 and that is the exact day little Evan came out and cried out the first time. We were in Galion Comunity Hostpital, a public hospital in town. The delivery room was small compared with the room in Canada and we have to pay a lot for that room and service. Anyway, nurses and doctors were very nice and the food is ok there. They even provided a candlelight dinner for us the night before we left. That was romantic! For a father, that was always terrible time that you never forget. watching the bloody delivery, taking care baby for all day and all night without a good sleep and having one more person who will spend the money you are earning. Live with it, that is it! This is a perfect ending for me, a girl and a boy. That is it. perfect family balance! We are done here. Today is the first day after baby's birth ...

It has been three months since last post I have made. Time is really flying but i donot feel it. It was a tough year 2008 and it will be even tougher this year 2009. Today is Jan. 3rd 2009 in lunar calendar and sadly after two layoff since last year yesterday it was announced that 10% cutoff of wage will start from next month. That is 5000 peryear money losing for me. I was planning to buy a van recently but I am afraid I have to drop it. I know if the sales are not good enough in the next 3 month the company will bankrupt with no doubt. My wife is pregenent, the baby is due May and my wife's parents will be coming in April so I cannot afford losing job and seeking new job in this special time of period. My only hope is the company can stand in this whole year, this means another one year, by that time, I am able to move and seek another job without too much trouble.
