It's amazing how life changes in everyone's life; how unexpected things may happen. For all that has happened, he is happy. He is happy. He had learn from someone that happiness is the state of the mind. However, I think that for that to be achieve, there has to be something to be happy about. He is happy that he is both the cause and effect of such a scenario. He is happy. He is content.

Working life is never easy. It's not about the work that you have to do. It's about all the interaction with your superiors and your subordinates. Everyone in the working society would know the meaning of that. Unfortunately, he does not been grace with a supportive supervisor, nor does he have the privilege of working with a understanding manager. It suddenly seems that the world out there is a dog eat dog world. The annual appraisal by their manager was carried out last week. The outcome was utmost disappointing. Despite all the hard work which was put in and excellent appraisal given by the customers, he was still graded as an average employee. Lack of leadership, internal/external communication skills, skill set, project management skills... God knows, or whichever higher state of being out there would know how much injustice was done to him. Imagine what would the higher management think of this guy? I had wanted to take part in the Little Red Dress photo competition. That would be my first attempt in trying to do a proper photoshoot focusing on a person.. The only criteria was that the model had to be dress in red in conjunction with the "Go Red For Woman" theme organised by the Singapore Heart Foundation. Inititally I had thought that the main problem would be to find a model with a red dress. In the end, I realised that it was hard to even find someone suitable to pose for you in the very first place. I went around asking my friends and even colleagues to help pose for me. In the end, none were willing. Thus, I had to forfeit my registration i the end. Niece was sweet. Though she didn't want to pose for me, but she was willing to allow me to practice my photography skills on her. She told me that she prefers to have a low profile and thus don't wish to help me out in the competition, which I understand. Well, having someone to pose for me to practice was good enough ...
