Wow it's been a while since I added anything here The beginning of the year was all about learning the insurance industry and I am still learning and going for my series 6 exam My brain is about ready to explode and I just cannot figure out where to put anymore LOL It's a real hard test from what I know and if I don't pass I will scream The rules and regulations portion is what scares me the most all the numbers and the problem solving is just a bit much I study every day for hours on end and then take practice tests which I do well on but still get things wrong GO FIGURE I recently turned 50 so my memory is not like it was but I do try LOL I will do fine and then will begin my career and my triumph to 1 million I am so into making this mark a s since my accident in 2003 I have not worked and really have had enough of being off and sitting here reading and absorbing just about anything I can get my hands on It's a great education but my life is just not about sitting on my ass and ...
I am overjoyed with the Redskins the election and we are going to see my Mom for Thanksgiving It has been a long time since we have had a holiday with Mom at her house and we are bringing desert, I am baking pies and making cornbread from scratch of course. Due to my numerous food allergies I have no choice but to bake like Grandmom used to do Thank goodness as a child I watched and learned, I remember her rising the bread on the vents in the floor and the smell of the bread as it baked was heavenly. I do like to bake as you know from previous posts and would open a bakery if I knew how well a gluten free bakery would do in NJ Anyone know if there are such bakeries in any area would be a help I would love to know how well they do It’s a hard thing to live with and the breads and baked goods are so expensive I find that $5.00 or more for a loaf of 8 slices of bread is a bit much don’t ya think That is one reason for my wanting to do this and with economy in shambles I doubt it ...
Whew we are just about ready to close the pool and get ready for the Winter BLUES LOL Summer is our time to just kick back and enjoy our fruits of labor during the rest of the year,the garden is fabulous and we have already put up tomato sauce eggplant and other good things for the winter.
