地三鲜 地三鲜 ：Sautéed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant 1、土豆一个，茄子一个，青椒一个半，这个是首次尝试的量，熟悉了以后可以按比例增加 。 2、土豆切块或者稍厚的片，按喜好，茄子滚刀切块不要太小，青椒随便切，如果图美观，切菱形片。 3、下油，东北菜一般油很大，吃前考虑好。油是用来炸土豆的，所以熟手看着下，生手就约莫着土豆下锅以后能漫过土豆稍多些，大概就是一点五个土豆块的高度。 4、油温80C以后下锅炸土豆，一般一个土豆的量是两分半到3分左右，捞出来，下茄子，茄子一般来讲说是要炸到金黄色不过个人认为那样茄子就太软了，所以我一般炸两分钟到三分钟之间炸好以后捞出，下青椒，下了以后利马捞出来三个东西装成一盘。 5、油沥出，重新下少许油，葱花，拍好的蒜，有时间的可以倒蒜茸，爆香。 6、把三鲜倒进锅里，然后按日常炒菜顺序下生抽(酱油），黄酒，鸡精，盐，如果有荤汤（比如排骨汤，猪脚汤）可下一勺，别太多猛火煮一分钟，再加少许淀粉（南方叫生粉？）略炒，出锅，开吃。 主料：土豆(150克) 茄子(绿皮)(300克) 青椒(100克) 调料：色拉油(100克) 酱油(10克) 白砂糖(3克) 盐(3克) 大葱(10克) 大蒜(10克) 芡粉(5克) 制作工艺 1、茄子和土豆去皮，切成滚刀块； 2、青椒手掰成小块； 3、锅中入油，七成热时，将土豆块放入，炸成金黄色，略显透明时捞出备用； 4、将茄子倒入油锅，炸至金黄色，加入青椒块即一起捞起； 5、以少量热油爆香葱花及蒜茸，加高汤、生抽、糖、盐、茄子、土豆和青椒块，略烧； 6、加入水淀粉大火收汁即可。

Today I was somehow reminded of a friend I knew about 4 years back. We haven't spoken in a long time, because of demographical gaps, and perhaps most important of all, the fundamental changes we both have gone through. I searched her name on Google, hoping to come across her blog or forum. In some way or the other, I hoped to see her again, to tell her that I missed talking to her, and that I had my own problems to deal with, which had kept me occupied and ignorant. There I was shocked to see that in September 2007, she was involved in a head on collision that took her life... Look back, everything has changed over the past 2 years. We both have became different individuals, doing different things, and now living in different worlds. I want to take this moment to reflect upon myself. I can only bear my gratitudes to God, for giving us moments like this, to remind ourselves that the life is worth a while.

It's not clear how many people have unlocked their iPhone to run on networks other than AT&T's, but there has definitely been some interest among early adopters who want no part of AT&T's network. It's no shock that Windows Vista isn't, shall we say, universally loved, and it's also unsurprising that a plethora of businesses have voiced their preference to keep on runnin' their operations on Windows XP. Presumably in response, Microsoft is "quietly allowing PC makers to offer a downgrade option to buyers that get machines with the new operating system but want to switch to Windows XP," but the program only applies to Vista Business and Ultimate editions. The likes of Fujitsu, HP, Lenovo and Dell all have processes in place to ensure that customers have the ability to downgrade if they so choose, and while some firms are still selling their PCs with XP pre-installed, debates are already swirling around how long that tactic can remain in place.
