A fun and exciting game to watch.   Some time ago in these blogs I wondered why Offensive coordinator Watson didn't dump his West Coast Offense and ask Dr Tom for some help.   Lo and behold it was reported after this game that those familiar looking power sets that the offense was using were directly from film that Doctor Tom gave to Coach Watson ....   Hopefully we will see more of those offensive sets this coming Saturday at 6:45 PM on ESPN as the Huskers take on Kansas State.   Good Job Team and Coaches....   Team Statistics Team Statistics (Final) Nebraska vs Kansas (Nov 14, 2009 at Lawrence, Kan.) Years ago when the NU  and OK game was on Thanksgiving my brother-in-law and I would suffer through the game together. Once in a while the Huskers would be in the lead of the the game going into the last quarter but would then get beat. We would swear to each other that that was it. We would never watch the game again. Well of course we have individually.   I was reminded of this when the Huskers went all the way to beat the Sooners 10-3 last Saturday.   I don't even want to analise the game ... just cheer the win....   Next week is Kansas at 2:30 PM  with ABC regional TV           Team Statistics Team Statistics (Final) Oklahoma vs Nebraska (Nov 07, 2009 at Lincoln, Neb.) Not much to write about for this game. Iowa State did a great job of causing fumbles and intercepting passes.   The Huskers didn't get many, if any, breaks..   Next week Baylor at Waco .....paid TV     Team Statistics Team Statistics (Final) Iowa State vs Nebraska (Oct 24, 2009 at Lincoln, Neb.)
