I am so proud of myself. I am preparing to enter into the Body for Life Challenge. I want to get my metabolism up and ready for the compitition. Because I am a single mother and have so many things to do in the evening, I have to wake up early to complete my exercises. Until Febraury 11, 2008, which is the first date for round one of the Body for Life Challenge, I am focusing on cardio. I have to wake up at 3:50AM in order to get in 20 minutes of cardio, get my son ready, and get out the door. Well I finally did it. I said to myself and to God that I was going to make a change for the better in the year 2008. So I did it. This morning I woke up at 3:50AM and did 20 minutes of cardio. Listening to music really helped me along. GO ANGEL!!!
