What a bad week, in fact what a very strange week, nothing is happening the way it should, after all it has all been carefully thought for five years, it is not jumpìng into a plane and setting off, it has all gone round and round in my head for a long time and it should had been pretty straight forward. My idilic farm is a nightmare, I will in fact dedicate a whole chapter to it... But today, I just wanted to let you know, that my crazy, loving beautiful Monty is gone, and I am hurting and Paddy is devastated. The sad thing is that she is gone, dead? who knows? Three days ago, eight in the morning, she was outside, I leave to take Paddy to school, half an hour later I returned to find out she was gone. We walked for six hours, looked into every pond, every pool, every track and every road. She might be stolen, a neighbour tells me... What? The police, the Society for the protection of animals, the dog pound, everyone has been informed, but she isn´t here yet. I keep taking long ...

It has already been five years since my little Wolf Boy discovered, Michelle Paver and her Chronicles of Ancient Darkness. She helped my boy embark into a world of fantasy and pain and adventures and human values. He has lived each and every one of her books and has patiently waited each year for the release of her newest book. Well, this time he has been given the chance to participate in the creation of a bit of this world so beloved to him, and here is the prove of that. Hello all, just over a month at home and still feeling a big adrenaline rush. I love this country, its people and HOT weather, the food and living the night as much as the day. It has been an amazing cultural revival, withing 48 hours from landing I had the priveledge of attending once again, the very magical Festival of Music and Dance in the Alhambra Palace and the Generalife Gardens in Granada. Three days later a folk concert in a plaza, and the following week the Theatre Festival lasting an entire week, and let me tell you that the quality of the shows was superb!! Then off to Sevilla to visit friends and family, there I met with some old colleagues which were on a couple of days break from their tour ( musicians), the drummer agreed to come and play on my 40th party next June. Another two friends from different bands also agreed to spend the weekend with us in such occasion. My next stop was Merida, the larges Roman theatre outside of Italy and after the coliseum. Dear friends, as I am about to leave the western world to join those whom I love in the old continent, I will carry on with my blog in English, some of you have asked me to do so for quite some time, but you know me and my passions are strong, now that my life will be back at home, I will write to you in English, as this time you will be the far away soulmates. Only a few days left in Canada, it has been a wonderful experience, nature is alive and well, and I feel proud to have lived in such a wild country. My Paddy has become a native indian with knowledge and traditions and so did I. Still trying to confirm a date for the dogs to fly at a resonable rate, once they are sorted, then all I have to do is pack my bag and Paddy's. Hoy he tenido noticias de Tokio, de Yuji y de Ritsuko, llevo sin verles probablemente algo mas de una decada, pero todo sea dicho estos malditos nipones no envejecen, no se si seran las algas crudas o la leche de soja. En fin el caso es que es maravilloso hablar con gente del pasado. Yuji el chino, como Lolo diria, jajaja....me ha mostrado fotos de cuando yo tenia unos 8 years. A ver si vamos a Japon y se las quitamos, aunque tal vez seria igual de facil el que el haga copias y las lleve a Spain el mes que viene. Yo por desgracia no les vere, pero si vuelven en el 2010 pues entoces si. Ya los he invitado para que cubran el reportaje de mi 40 el verano que viene, porque lo voy a celebrar bien. Aunque eso de no mojarse la barriga no me lo creo, al contratio, todos os volveis locos de los cuarenta para arriba.
