Weighed in today and I gained an additional 1.6 pounds that makes 2.6 pounds in two weeks......you would think I was pregnant in my last trimester with the way I am eating. However that cannot be my excuse, I am eating for one :oO I read my weight watchers magazine and I loved how a lady wrote laugh about the gained weight instead of dwelling on it. Once I start dwelling that is when I eat more. So I am laughing at the big oops and moving on to my goals. I am preparing to go to NC to visit my family so there are lots of things I need to accomplish. So my goals are to wake up at 6:45 this week and get some of the heavy chemical cleaning of the house done before Cole wakes up. Continue drinking my water, workout 3 times at least (which I need to start doing my back is starting to hurt from not working out) , and to eat healthy meals. Thursday is going to be my eat out with hubby day and hopefully I will be able to make healthy choices on that day! Also, I am planning on packing ...

Today has been productive believe it or not. :o) Lost a pound which is great considering what I have eaten this week. I got my appetite back ...... I also fixed my husband a ho ho cake for Father's Day. Yep 17 points! So everything about eating because I have to went out the window. Two pieces of cake and lots of food. This week, my mom and step father is coming to visit. I am thinking I will do good since I am finally lower in my weight than my mom but we will see. We are going to Dallas for a couple of days. I am still out of funk with my working out. I worked out only once and went walking once with Craig. So this week I will work out 3 times and I will keep up with my water. I am working on it Melissa!!!!! :o) She is super motivated right now and working out like a wild woman!

So just busted my butt for 12 mins... up from 10 mins.... on my elliptical that I am so fortunate to have in my house so no excuses and I only burned 100calories!!! That is half of the pieces of chocolate that I had today. Well, that puts food in perspective. Now I will look at food like "how many minutes on the elliptical will it take to burn this off?". But I feel good for exercising today. I also lifted weights so I'm doing good. I've been reading the Biggest Loser Book that lays out the plan for you with the calories and exercises. I also made a list of weekly rewards that I'm going to give myself each week when I reach my goal. This weeks goal is to only eat out lunch less than twice.... then I get to buy a pretty bra! So far so good.... only once and that was yesterday... wait, husband brought home chinese food on Sunday so I guess that's twice. Still doing good though. I might be working out of my funk Tammy!!

Still in a funk but after getting on the scales I find being in a funk is not all that bad. I lost 2.2 pounds....It pays to be on medication that requires you to drink lots and lots of water. I probably lost some muscle with that 2.2 pounds :o( This week is going to be interesting. My hubby is working all week and my family is coming on Monday for a visit. I am going to have to do some juggling to get everything done. This week is still portion control (which I am improving daily) also try to workout at least three times this week!

Oh boy am I in a funk! My head is sooo stuffy, eyes watery, throat killing me!!! This week has definately been a lazy one and I am suffering from it! (My back is killing me from not working out) The eating has gone through the roof....I am going to hate to see what the scales hold for me. Also Saturday we are going to measure ourselves. (Which I hope you forget :o) I hope to get out of my funk soon!
