Lost in Roma Roma, a life time is not enough. It's a magnificent repository of arts and history, glory and darkness, past and present. It's a perfect destination for backpackers. I was there for two and a half days, and I wasn't bored for a single second. A lot of friendly international people travel there. It was one of the few places I ran into people and got invited to join their group. The hospitality of two couples from France and Germany made my last meal in Rome at this Italian mama's kitchen much more enjoyable. The more northern I headed to, the less friendly the locals became. Pantheon is my favorite. The extraordinary dome is perfectly symmetric and a huge globe can fit in. While it was originally built to the pagan Gods over 2000 years ago, it's converted to a church nowadays. 柳絮纷飞的初春，咱们猪家四兄妹又拖家带口的在杭州小聚。一晃十一个年头过去了，我们又去了之江，路过了拉面馆和黑心超市，还有当年唯一的女生宿舍楼，忆起了当年鹏鹏绞尽脑汁追驷群的典故。篮球场还是那个篮球场，可惜老大不是那个拉风少年，再不能摸到篮板啦，嘻嘻（据说猪头炯还是可以的）。我们的怀旧之旅在老浙大的小乐惠画上了完美的句话--在接近关门的时候大声的告诉师傅们我们10年前就在这里吃过饭哦，然后将10块钱一个的炒菜吃得酣畅流离，自然10年前他们三个男生喝倒在厕所而我完好无损的故事又要重提，哈哈哈哈。飞飞终于又有了稳定的女朋友，可喜可贺！ 杭州的春天真是美，满眼绿色，满城青翠，桃花樱花杏花争相报春。正是採茶季节，带着斗笠的茶农行在茶树间。绿色怎么可以有那么多层次？年轻的张扬的绿，壮年的沉稳的绿，黄昏的最后一滴翠，绿了我的眼，暖了我的心。交通之声广播还是那么温馨，提醒司机们有发烧的小孩，大出血的病人需要送去医院，请给他们让个道。走过白沙泉，两旁高大而密实的梧桐树结满了黄色的粒状花絮。风一起，黄色的纱雾在整条街上跳舞。西溪湿地是新开发的，号称杭州之肾，雾气朦胧，是湿漉漉的美。中国文化里肾是很重要的，所以请千万保护好杭州的重要器官哦。武林城中处处是景，吴侬软语温柔亲切，生活在这里的人儿真是让人羡慕。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hangzhou vs. Hong Kong Both are rich. My dearest friends, I had such great times recently with very close friends in Guangzhou, HK and Seoul. And you guys brought me good luck! When Matt, Jon, Kristy and I were in the Ocean theater of the HK Ocean Park, we were invited to go on to the stage and act with the sea lions!! (well, basically I just stood still and dared to move in front the big fat cute creatures) Check out the pictures in my latest album. Those cute creatures shook hands with us and KISSED me on the lips! I know you may think this is a bit errrr... but they don't smell and they are very very cute! And I was in Seoul last weekend. John and I went to see the fabulous Korean theater performance called "Nanta" (cooking in English). It's mainly dancing and sound making using all kind of utensils - bowls/spoons/pans/cutting boards and knives! It's indeed a great show and worth the fame! China's A-list actors gave the most stunning performances in Red Cliff. The best Chinese movie after Infernal Affairs. The Chinese version of The Lord of the Rings w/ stories from one of the four best Chinese classic novels - Three Kingdoms, directed by John Woo. 桃园三结义刘备张飞关羽兄弟情谊至死未渝, 翩翩子龙长坂坡万军从中单骑救少主, 潇洒冷静诸葛亮辅佐主公鞠躬尽瘁, 中国历史上最出名的猛将良士为了一个编草鞋出身的人出死力尽死忠. 年轻孙权韬光养晦居于汉中, 周瑜宝剑出鞘只等赤壁一战. 一代枭雄曹操杀王莽败袁绍挟天子以令诸侯, 怀狼子野心挥军南下, 千余艘战船八十万兵士誓要拿下赤壁. 这样的故事, 小时候读到的时候固然神往, 成长之后在这个物欲横流的社会早已忘记什么是英雄的气概和古人的气节. 今天终于有吴宇森的赤壁横空出世掷下一副气势磅礴的画卷, 给张艺谋和陈凯歌一记响亮的耳光, 请这两个人以后不要再染指历史题材了...(就连后姨妈的现代生活这种大陆现代城市题材, 都是香港的许鞍华来拍的...大陆的名导们颜面何在啊?) 电影中猛将如云. 胡军的子龙出场不多, 骑着白马冲进乱军之中又杀将而出的气质已让人过目难忘; 战神关二爷拖一把青龙堰月刀已匹夫之勇横扫千军, 被其犀利眼神扫过的人无不胆怯; 满脸胡须的张飞一声惊雷吼早有胆小的人跌落下马; 梁朝伟的周瑜同金城武的诸葛既惺惺相惜又各为其主暗中较力, 梁金二人皆无比聪慧潇洒之中各有千秋, 诸葛亮更加年轻英俊, 周瑜谋军布阵可能略输诸葛但武技远非诸葛可比而且成熟男人味(第一面让我想起易先生啊...)倾倒众女. 赵薇的孙尚香也是巾帼不让须眉, 爽快又略带顽皮. 张丰毅老戏骨来演曹操, 阴险中生出霸主气质, 多疑猜忌不择手段. 尤勇的刘备仁义有余, 大哥风范稍显不足. 几乎每个演员都把我心目中的三国人物演活了, 好像本来他们就应该这样的. 就连那个倾城倾国的小乔, 志玲的气质也很符合呢. 要是她念台词的功力可以好点点就完美了, 我快被她嗲死了, ...
