1999 when my hubby started to court me, he used to sing me “Say that you love me” which eventually became our song. Asked him, who sang it and he said, its Martin Nievera. Since then, I was a fan. O no, not just a fan, an avid and a die hard (sabi ng asawa ko) fan of MN J We would watch his concerts at Onstage, Araneta Coliseum, SM north, and SM Megamall. He with Patti Austin, Regine Velasquez, Aiza Seguerra to name a few. I have his CDs signed from Chasing Time 1, Chasing Time 2, My Souvenirs, Best Wishes, and now Awit ng Puso. I only buy it if I’m sure that he’ll sign it. LOL. I have also a burned copy of Forever, Forever Forever, Return to Forever, Martin Live at the CCP, More Souvenirs, and Unforgettable. (For sure he will be mad if he found out, yikes L ). During the mall tours in SM Mega (that’s from Chasing time 1 to Best Wishes), it was all an acquaintance only.
