I really appreciate that you are trying to solve the ‘issues’ which made me want to quit - 1. The technology I really learnt and grew a lot during the past two years in XXX. And you have given me a lot of guidance and help. But I do want to learn something about credit card development, this is an industry which I think will be quite prosperous in the near future. Personally speaking, the current work is not so challenging for me, so I want to take a step into this new field. 2. The oversea opportunity I know that you must be trying every possible way to find an onsite opportunity, and I really appreciate your concern. But even if an opportunity might be found, there is no guarantee that I would be definitely sent onsite. Frankly speaking, this might be a lesson I learnt from last September, the first time that I attempted to resign. I chose to stay, because I ...
