Synopsis : As the show begins, the audience is introduced to two young people sitting on a couch endlessly flipping through the channels. While wading through one drab offering after another, they eventually stumble upon “Satellite Nation,” a series of short sketches and parodies sending up the current television and movie landscape. With an emphasis on contemporary pop culture, the sketches take aim at a wide range of TV networks, genres and commercials, utilizing a variety of talented writers and performers.
