Okay, an update. I have lost 1 pound so far, putting me at 162lbs. Yay! I am happy with that. A loss is a loss, but it may have been more. I overindulged twice last week and didn't exercise as much as I planned. This week I'll be in the process of moving, so I hope I lose. I don't plan on packing my dvds until the last minute. Hopefully we'll be out by the weekend!!! I may be offline for a few days.

Hey everyone! Today has been a great day so far. I have to start writing down everything I put in my mouth. I need to determine my caloric and fat intake. Forgot to today, but I plan on starting tomorrow. I went to the store and bought a notebook especially. Today I had an orange and water for breakfast, a Greek salad for lunch, some almonds for a snack, and more water. Not sure what dinner will hold for me. I'm trying to lower my calories to 1200 a day. Also, I'll be in the process of moving this week. I'm still planning in my workouts, but things will be hectic. We want to be out of here by Feb. 1st....well, before then to prevent having to pay more rent. I may be offline for a few days. I have to get my phone/dsl service moved asap. So, if you don't hear from me, that's the reason.

I'm feeling heavy. I haven't looked at the scale since Monday and I'm trying my best to not look at it. I feel it might be because TOM is around the corner. Things I have noticed this week is I'm adding salt to my foods. I've been doing this for a while, blind habit, but today I caught myself doing it. So, I'm now watching my salt intake. I've never added salt to my food before and I'm wondering why now.... It may be the cause of me feeling heavy. I'm hoping that this won't ruin next Monday's weigh in. I work this weekend, but I plan on still doing my workouts in hopes to make a difference on Monday. I'm a little worried.
