Because many real estate agents seem to tout the same "Wilmington is doing better than the rest of the country" mantra in an effort to drum up local consumer confidence, it can be quite challenging when sitting down with sellers and discussing pricing strategies in light of current market conditions. I understand and respect the noble effort of seeking to keep consumer confidence strong and I do believe Wilmington has many excellent things going in terms of market strength.
