The AP is reporting that: "Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte' Stallworth will be charged with DUI manslaughter after a Miami car crash that killed a pedestrian, according to people familiar with the case. Two people said an arrest warrant charging the 28-year-old Stallworth with DUI manslaughter will be filed Wednesday in the March 14 accident that killed 59-year-old Mario Reyes. The people requested anonymity because the charges haven't been announced. The charge carries a possible 15-year prison sentence. Stallworth's blood-alcohol level after the crash was .12, well above Florida's legal limit of .08, according to results of a blood test. Stallworth will also be charged with DUI, according to the people informed about the case. ad_icon Stallworth, who is expected to surrender in court Thursday, released a statement last month saying he was "grief-stricken" over the accident." As NFL News Feed is reporting, New York Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress is scheduled to be in court this morning. Burress faces weapon possession charges and a possible jail sentence of 3-1/2 to 15 years in connection with the November incident in which he shot himself in the leg at a New York nightclub. ESPN is reporting that the trail will be postponed to June 15th in the hopes of negotiating a plea bargain, but it is unlikely that such a deal wouldn't include jail time for Burress. Fresh off the wires, Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall was arrested in Atlanta for disorderly conduct after allegedly being involved in a fight. Stay tuned to NFL Crime Watch as this story develops. "Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall was arrested in Atlanta on Sunday on a disorderly conduct charge stemming from a fight. His latest run-in with the law could result in a lengthy suspension from the NFL. Marshall arrived at the jail at 5:50 a.m. on a disorderly conduct charge and was released five hours later after posting $300 bond, said Lt. Joseph, the supervisor at the Atlanta City Jail who declined to give his first name. Joseph told The Associated Press that Marshall was due in court at 8 a.m. Monday, but he had no other details on his arrest. ESPN first reported Marshall's latest arrest, his fourth since March 2006."

According to reports, Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Reggie Williams was arrested early Friday, in Houston, after he was pulled over during what police described as a routine traffic stop. Officers allegedly smelled marijuana and alcohol. During a search of the vehicle a small amount of marijuana in the console, according to police.

From the wires: CULVER CITY, Calif. (AP) -- Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch was charged with three gun-related misdemeanors Thursday after his arrest last week in Southern California. Lynch was charged in Los Angeles County Superior Court with possessing a concealed, loaded and unregistered firearm, police Detective Ryan Thompson said. Lynch was arrested on Feb. 11 after police smelled marijuana coming from a parked car that Lynch occupied with two other men. Officers searched the vehicle and found a loaded pistol and four marijuana cigarettes. They did not book any of the men for any drug offenses. "We would have preferred no criminal charges. However, given that charges were filed we are pleased that they are misdemeanors as opposed to felonies," said Lynch's attorney, Gerald Schwartzbach. Lynch's arraignment is scheduled for March 3.
