-+Is The Future: Conjoined Knees
SheFindsSusannah 5 hours ago
Move over, bound feet – we’ve got a new way to hobble women for the modern era. Trendhunter brought us shots of conjoined-knee clothing from the brand Arajo (and we’re sorry to report that we have absolutely no idea where one actually buys these wacky onesies. Besides the most glaring, obvious detail, we also find it notable that these looks are one-piece items.  Hobbled knees might not be a must-do, but a good onesie never hurt anyone. We like Current/Elliott’s short sleeve jumpsuit, which is trendy without being so cool it doesn’t allow us to, you know, walk. Need more eye-catching elements in your wardrobe?  Check out our guides to harem pants and fingerless gloves for some good ideas. -+Deal Of The Day: Take 50% Off Funky Heels From Urban Outfitters
SheFindsBlythe 5 hours ago
This fall has been a season of innovative footwear – from daring cut outs to granny boots and uber-high heels, designers have been turning up the creativity when it comes to shoes. Here are some discounted styles we love from the ever-reliable Urban Outfitters. We definitely dig the shape of this sleek round toed pump ($50 from $98) which comes in a chic animal print or more conservative brown and black. The playful fringe and cute tie closure give this classic suede heel ($30 from $58) a very stylish update. Deena & Ozzy’s perforated lace up bootie ($30 from $68) can be worn with dark tights this winter and bare legged (along with a flowy dress) come spring. For more top picks, don’t forget to take a peek at our guides to the best in platforms and more booties. -+News: Beautyceuticals Abound, Swarovski To Bedazzle Menswear, And More
SheFindsSusannah 6 hours ago
1. “Beautyceuticals” are on the rise, and it’s more than debatable whether things like cellulite-busting Japanese marshmallows and anti-aging jam actually, you know, slim you down or make you look younger. We’ll continue to take our beauty products topically, starting with the best eye cream. [Daily Mail] 2. Swarovski is getting into menswear with help from designers like Phillip Lim.  Good to know you’ll be able to get your guy a crystal-studded buttondown in the near future. [WWD] 3. French luxury conglomerate PPR may sell off some of its lower-margin businesses in order to target acquisitions like Levi’s or Lacoste.  The group already owns Gucci and Stella McCartney, so perhaps they’re looking to expand into the world of skinny jeans.  [Vogue UK] 4. It might sound old-fashioned, but WWD reports that hosiery will be sticking around this spring, in the form of open knits and lace.  Better stock up on the best patterned stockings in order ...
-+Survey: No Two Snowflakes Are The Same – What Kind Of Shopper Are You?
SheFindsSusannah 3 days ago
Much like a fingerprint, everyone has their own system when it comes to shopping. While we’re impressed that 47% of our readers make their purchases based on value (you must be checking out our sales and deals), we’re glad to know that the second largest group, binge buyers, try to follow in the price-and-value shoppers’ footsteps and then, well, just don’t quite make it.  Frankly, that sounds fun to us. After those two shopping phenotypes, everyone spread out fairly evenly.  We’ve got designer handbags for our brand addicts, fingerless gloves and over the knee boots for our trend junkies, and for you celibate shoppers out there…sigh.  Maybe we can get you back in the consumer spirit with a pair of eternally trendy and endlessly useful skinny jeans. If we haven’t already heard from you, we’d love to get your thoughts.  Let us know in the comments what kind of shopper you are, whether you spend too much or too little, and how you’ve ever tried to overcome your ...
